By ferry
You can get to Bornholm by ferry from Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Germany with or without your car, caravan or bicycle. Travelling time from Copenhagen to Roenne is now reduced to 3 hours by car, bus or train and the fast ferry from Ystad, Sweden. Poland is serviced by several different ferry companies with arrival in either Roenne or Nexoe. The trip from Sassnitz, Germany takes 3½ hours.
Fly to Bornholm
You can also take a plane. It takes only 35 minutes from Copenhagen – a major airport hub in Northern Europe – and 50 minutes from Billund where 9 different airlines bring passengers in from destinations all over Europe. You can also fly directly to Bornholm from Oslo in the summer.
